For the last few weeks it has had no sound hardware detected no automatic screen rotation no touch capability the onscreen keyboard doesnt automatically come up when needed and it couldnt see the sd card at all

Ive since fixed all but the keyboard and rotation issues thanks to an intel update file which wasnt easy to find
