Pros

The bidet has all the features that i need and works flawlessly every single time. Remote is large, feels sturdy and is attached to its mount via magnets so it's easy to remove and put back. Great customer service from ella.

This is an excellent product that i would highly recommend to anyone considering purchasing a bidet. More than satisfied with the product and service. Staff truly care for their reputation and their customers!

It has a good fit on the rim of the toilet. Water pressure can be adjusted and the seat gets comfortably warm.

Cons

No water spray & no dry. It still spills water but that water just goes straight down to the toilet. It’s the only toilet i’ve ever used where the woman leaves more splashes than the man.

Seat sensor is faulty or cheaply made. Now it works 1/10 times, even after unplugging and re-plugging. This is such an automatic fail that i cannot believe this thing got approved for sale by this company. I will not be bought off.

Purchased at 320 cad, this offer a lot of features for the price!

I didn't want to spend $1000 to find out it wasn't for me.

For the price, we strongly recommand it.

Shipping

Vovo customer service promptly replied to my email to clarify some of the bidet features.

Ella told me that although off warranty vovo usa would be shipping a replacement bidet seat to us.

Unfortunately ups lost the first one, so vovo sent me a second part, no questions asked.

Packaging/appearance

Feature-packed: uv sanitation, butt dryer, pulsating water spray—this bidet’s got it all.

It fits perfectly with my bathroom decor and looks much more sophisticated than a regular toilet seat.

Competitiveness

The quality of the product is higher than other expensive products also, design of the product is also very sophisticated and luxurious.

So this bidet is working great and has all the same features as a toto branded one.

Dreaded calling customer service as my experience with most companies in this era has been less than satisfactory to say the least.
