Pros

The heat mode is actually a heat pump which makes it very efficient. You do need to have the exhaust hose connected and it's just as loud as the ac mode. Cools the room quickly with the door closed.

The cycling on auto is a bit loud, but not startling. I recommend this unit if you are budget minded. Is it a little loud at times?

Cons

It's really disappointing and infuriating since this cost a lot of money and it’s been hot as *. Feeling majorly mislead on this unit. Unit is not 14k as advertised.

So far it is working great and it a well build unit.

The unit cools my 500 sq ft room efficiently, and the powerful cooling fan ensures a significant drop in temperature during hot days.

Biggest gripe is the thermostat is horribly inconsistent.

The delivery was fast and i would recommend this seller.

Came very quickly and is cooling nicely.
