Pros

Good product and minimal looking product. Like the remote and the easy installation. The difference is fantastic! Your comfort awaits!

It cools down our 900 sqft apartment noticeably! It keeps a consistent temperature. There are some caviots to having it chilly and comfortable during the hottest summer on record.

Cons

It's off, but a few of the lights are dimmed, and it’s unresponsive to any inputs. Obviously defective from the factory. The packaging is not nearly clear enough to ensure that the item remain in an upright position.

Malfunctioning circuit board and no technicians available for further help. Manual says not to set temperature below outdoor temperature.
