Absolutely excellent air conditioner i absolutely love it!
Great unit with no operational problems at all.
It stopped heating or cooling after less than 3 months.
Let me start by the non existent cooling, even left it running over night and still nothing!
Price
You pay $400+ for literally just a very noisy fan, horrible!
So i gave up on the ac feature so i thought ok lets try the heater then and nope not even heating, so i paid $440 with tax for just a fan!
3) you will never use the dehumidifier because there is no reservoir tank and the value is near the bottom.
Shipping
I received the unit earlier than i expected.
Edit 8/30 : the company reached out to me and two days after we exchanged emails i received a brand new unit.

I received the unit today and unboxed it and everything was intact like it should have been.
I unboxed it to make sure everything was there.

Only warms top of room feet still freeze i found if i run my hepa filter which is close to the ground it moves the air evenly through the room
