Pros

Cools the room quickly with the door closed. Cooling dry mode pulls a ton of water out of the air, so if you've got a hot humid room, this will make light work of that. The unit pumps out serious levels of cold air & cools my southern exposure bed... Read More

The noise level is perfect and constant so its soothing to sleep to. The cycling on auto is a bit loud, but not startling. I recommend this unit if you are budget minded and don’t mind that it is a little loud at times.

I say that last heat dome as i suspect they'll happen more and more. Honestly it gets the job done and when its this hot out thats all that really matters! Maintaining 73* inside.

Cons

It starts beeping like crazy, the temperature automatically changes to 90 degrees f. Blew cool air for about 20 min then got hotter and hotter. If you're not careful the hose pops off.

Love the product, bought it when it was priced just north of $200.

I’ve never used one, and i was so happy with the 15 minute total time set up.

So not only is this situated very near a double hung window but you also need to figure out what to do with the water.

I wish i read the fine-print about it not having a heater function, but i'm not saddened by that.
