Pros

It's a bit noisy (more than the frigidaire) but works well! The cycling on auto is a bit loud, but not startling. It's quite loud but not louder than any other indoor ac unit. Noise level is perfect and constant so its soothing to sleep to.

The customer service is top notch! In fact. Love it. Your comfort awaits!

Cons

It appears that the exhaust fan has gone completely out of balance as if a bearing has failed. All of a sudden it starts beeping like crazy, the temperature automatically changes to 90 degrees f. Every 15 minutes it trips the breaker or power strip.

I’m furious and don’t know where to start. Would steer clear of this company. Expect more absolute junk to be made by climate profiteer in the coming years.

It shows amazon prime, but upon returning the unit, the label states add postage. It is a costly lesson. Tried to chat and waited in chat room for over 2 hours x2 and got cut off.
