You simply take a clove or two of garlic and place in the silicon peeler and roll with slight pressure viola peeled clove empty the press once done with garlic rinse under water and invert the handle to clear out the press holes

Just put the unpeeled garlic clove in the tube add some pressure with the palm of your hand and roll
