When you get this handset place it on the actual base of the main base not the small one that comes with this handset and then press the buttons on the actual base to connect it before hitting the button necessary on the new handset you just received

It is a little bit on the quiet side so not ideal for busy or noisy areas

I would have given five stars but one of the screens on the handsets started going black when in use

One other issue is the handsets dont stand up very well and are very tippy when theyre not in the base
