Speaking of syncing up with existing headsets i had to call their tech support to figure out how to register the phones with the base station and the customer service experience was outstanding

The rep knew exactly what to do and patiently walked me through a series of cryptic key presses to get the phones to communicate with the base

He said the only reason we had to do it the nonstandard way was because the phones had already been registered to another base station which had to be undone

Several callers say they cannot hear me well or that i sound distant

If the shape were more like the old standard handset the sound would be improved and there would be less chance of pressing a button accidentally

Good clarity on the phone
