It provides an excellent value for a small business if one is willing to live with some definite limitations. Yes, it does. This works like a charm!

Call and sound quality are excellent and setup was not rocket science.

Cons

This phone is a nightmare. Worthless garbage. Luckily i have the deskset as well that i can use until i find a company that is willing to stand behind their product.

The cordless headset has to be transferred from the base to the headset before you can hear a call. Also placing people on hold is difficult and 2 people can answer the same line at the same time and conference into the same call in error. Tech suppor... Read More
