Pros

Installation was easy, it has everything you'd want in a small-office system. Manual is very detailed and quite readable. Very easy set up, has intercom and paging.

If your landline provider does not offer any robo-protection or if you're on a rural analog landline, this phone is the answer. It also is great for blocking telemarketers.

Cons

The cordless headset has to be transferred from the base to the headset before you can hear a call. After 2 months no dial tone when connected correctly. If you are dialing out and another line rings, it interrupts youdialing out from another line.

The daytime and nighttime auto attendant messages randomly swap. I run a busy small business and this phone is a nightmare.

The range on these is *, and they don't sell an extender. Their tech support basically takes the attitude of ts.

This is negating the point in having multiple lines. Had to use line 3/4 & 2.

Quality

This is such a great telephone gadget, easy to use, great quality and very clear microphone.

Sound quality is good and easy to set up!

Not so easy to setup and after 12 months exactly main phone stop working.

The signal is carrying through concrete and steel floors that formerly blocked those signals.

Price

For the price this is an excellent phone system.

For a small office, in my case 5 people with 3 inbound lines, it is an excellent system for under $500 (extension sets included)

As stated earlier, it's a $125 device, don't expect something this isn't.

I did not want to pay the high prices for digital phones.

Packaging/appearance

Came with a preset music on hold, and music is decent.

Competitiveness

We took a chance and replaced our similar panasonic setup.

And as a side note, the better phones similar to this one - do not - which is un-believable for the money !
