Poor product. Ended up returning for refund. I'm not a * and it isn't user error. Buy another brand.

It constantly bleeps trying to regain the signal and keeps our little one awake. Seems to lose connection between monitor and main unit and struggles to reconnect.

It's as though there's a gate in the audio pick up that only picks up exceptionally loud noises. Not ideal for very young babies or toddlers. Just dealt with screaming toddler as didn’t hear her.

For the price, this baby monitor is absolutely awesome and surprised both my partner and i with the amazing sound quality.
