Cons

Voice is not cute and the songs are not rhyme or rhythm.

Not durable. My son is special needs and he cries bc it doesnt make sound. My 6 month old ended up ripping the roof of her mouth on something from the toy.

But really. Also it's kind of annoying. Disappointing since its vtech. Likely returning and looking for a different product.
