Pros

Message and directory features work well. Great to be able to check messages on the main mailbox from any extension.

Easy to setup, has intercom and paging. Did not have to run any additional wires for the extension deskset or cordless phone. Menus are opened and activated with arrow keys that can be a little awkward.

Cons

The cordless headset has to be transferred from the base to the headset before you can hear a call. There was no dial tone when connected correctly. If you end a call and immediately punch in another line, the prior line remains on hold.

After 6 months i'm ready to ditch it.
