Although this phone looks very similar and operated identically to the unit it replaced there is one difference that makes this a big improvement over the old phone

First we use a magic jack with this phone and this is the only number we give out when a business requests a phone number and we do not answer this phone

We would get 15 to 20 spam calls per day and each one would get recorded even if nothing were spoken the bid improvement is that this phone does not record anything if no one speaks or if the annoying beep beep beep is received
