Pros

Needed a corded phone with caller id, as well as satellite phones for 2 other rooms - this set is perfect! It allows for several long ring tones before going to voicemail. Audio quality is fine, both via the handset and on speakerphone.

Cons

Three handsets -- all with the same defects. The battery for cordless devices has only a hole and no receptacle. Much better product. Back it goes.
