Pros

The phones work great, no static, and the sound is good. Works well. Able to hear messages loud with good clarity.

Cons

The base phone is not very loud, even with the speakerphone on. The screen on the portable handset is barely legible in normal indoor lighting. The battery door pops off at the slightest touch.

This is totally unacceptable and a shameful misrepresentation! Silly me. Buyer beware! Don't buy this product.

Amazon only allows returns for 3 months so i'm outta luck. Will be getting another phone someplace else. Supposed to be guaranteed for 1 year.
