Cons
No speaker, only 2 volume settings for ringer. Once the person picks up, it’s a bit cranky when talking. All you hear is static.
Buyer beware. Will get a refund and order something different. Spend a few bucks more and buy a good phone. The bad:1.
Terrible battery life. Speed dials are difficult to use rendering them worthless. Backlight is very dim and the text is hard to read. No handsfree button.

I have no issues with the sound quality.
They do the job but i wish they were a little sturdier.
We required a "landline" phone for use of the intercom in our buildinggood sound and easy to use

For the price, this phone is excellent.
Inexpensive price for a nice portable phone works great
But for $22 cdn this chordless phone would be a good option for many people.
Anyway i’m very satisfied for the price i paid.
