This is the cheapest cordless phone i have owned. Needed a land line phone for a while and didn't want to spend big money. And this works perfectly.

The picture shows the screen brightly lit, although you can barely see it. There is no button to put a call on speaker. No speakerphone option.

The price is why i purchased. Very cheaply made. Save your money. Another hassle to deal with. Will be returning. And regret not doing that.
