Pros

The phone is sturdy and feels solid in your hand. Durability is exceptional. The screen is large enough and bright enough for the elderly eyes.

The belt clips on the back are a good idea too if you're running around the office. Works great. Installed throughout the office and shop. It fits right in and works well.

As we loose them (usually in a customer's car) i buy more and they work like a champ! A good price. No downside. I do most of the purchases from amazon for efficiency, pricing options, variety and service they provide.

It's a little cumbersome to move between the lines. We have a main line that requires 5 people to be able to pick up the phone from their desk. We change the ring tone on each handset to be different that the user's main phone so they can quickly iden... Read More

Cons

Quality of plastic is easily breakable. It constantly shuts down and restarts. Sometimes it rings and doesn't stop for over 45 seconds then shuts down. Also tried a newer vtech 6251 and have the same issues as above.
