Pros

Do recommend it & the seller. And it's cheaper than most comparable phones. I always buy vtech very consistently good products and this one is the same.

Like its expandability, clear voice & distance of reception. Voice quality is a bit on the low side, but not garbled or staticky. I like that the ring tones and volume are customizable. The phone has a variety of ringtones to choose from.

The battery life seems pretty good, but it isn't often off of the base for extended periods of time. The belt clips on the back are a good idea too if you're running around the office as much as we do. Possibly this is to get you to recharge the phone... Read More

Cons

The phone is a total mess. Six months after purchase and looking for a new phone. This is not the kind of item to purchase online unless you've been to a store and are sure it will suit you.

Each of my 5 handsets were replaced by vtech. Loud static interruption happens sometimes when i first answer an incoming call and also during a call. One can not change the name of each cordless phone. The handset feels very cheap and unpleasant to ho... Read More

The speaker phone on the base sounds a little tinny. It has so much distortion that being put on hold with music is exceptionally annoying. Voicemail setup is horrible, size of * to tiny, functionality of the phone is not logical.
