Nice quality product that met all of my requirements.
The sound quality is excellent and they are very happy with them!
This phone seems like excellent value, and the audio quality is pretty good too.

Speaking of contacts, i do like that i can now select contacts from my wife's phone and call them through my cell phone using the vtech.
Connecting my phone and then my wife's phone was easy.
I replaced a panasonic system with this vtech system.

The primary con versu panasonic is that is has mute button right on the phone which is very important for me
