I dont like the fact that it will have to be replaced instead of just replacing a battery and i do not like how the cushions fit on the earpiece or on my ear

I still have not mastered the high low or mute buttons on the headset for volume

I really like the fact that i could have a cordless headset it just did not work with my phone even though the direction said it would be compatible it was not

With the original headset many of the callers reported static or noises that made talking on the headset impossible
