Was excited to get this set for my grandkids. They're the perfect size for 3 year olds plus. We have five grandchildren who love to play together; ages ranging 2 1/2 years to 10 years old. They are perfect for any grandchild or grandson.

The games on the phone are somewhat silly, but the walkie-talkie functionality works just fine. It’s fun sending and receiving little “messages” with a digital character or message.

These wilkie talkies are a lot of fun. They have more bells and whistles than most kids' walkie talkies. They also have a 10-mile range.

The graphics and display are exactly as advertised. The sound is pretty clear and there isn't much of a lag / delay. The audio quality is great and the distance range is better than advertised. There is no graphic noise at all.

Cons

The instructions say that you should be able to manually enter the pairing mode by hitting the game button and then scrolling left until you see the settings icon (a gear) there is no settings menu anywhere! If they won't pair, they are useless as wal... Read More

If a month ago you asked me if it was possible to get walkie talkies with comsec and apps for less than $25 i would have laughed.

Not like the cheap ones that are everywhere.

Which of course, makes them more expensive over time.

The package comes with the appropriate batteries even though the box says batteries are required.
