Unravel is a nonprofit organization working to spread knowledge about the grim realities of pediatric cancer. Great for children and would probably be good for someone with shaky hands too.

This is tough, with rubber sides. It's fairly lightweight for the size and durable. They’re too clunky to really travel with, but great for everyday use and very durable.

Cons

The device still only turn on while plugged into my computer. The fact that the battery packs are in the sides and aren't secured is a serious design flaw.
