Pros

My 8 year old granddaughter is a bit of a diva, she loves her watch! Bought for 9 year old. She lives it, very durable and well worth the money spent!

I love it's pedometer and that it has motion apps and the monster catcher game is exactly like pokemon go! Takes videos all the time. Loves to take pics also.

Cons

Product updates, registration and all the other online jargon are no help either. I hope others shop around before purchasing, as it's much cheaper elsewhere.

Customer service is really bad, just keeps giving me the runaround, buy another watch he says. The watch itself is great, but useless without a band. We've restored the watch ( so it's now empty) and tried again - and again no luck.

After digging, my understanding is that they do not make or offer replacement bands. The interchangeable bands * really bad. Because i know it wasn't negligence on his part i am willing to buy another band, but can not find one.

This is my second dx2 i purchased for my child, because the first one's touchscreen suddenly stopped working.

This was a gift to my 8 year old granddaughter, she just informed me that pieces of the watch are falling off and it doesn’t work.
