Pros

The intercom system is very handy and works great. All of the handset bases have a nice piece of plastic that keeps the handset in place.

Phone is feature packed. No bulky *, sleek features and nice colors (black and silver) looks sleek and is very comfortable in the hand.

If anyone doesn't know anything made by vtech is indestructible! Would buy these again in a heartbeat. These days phones like these are becoming obsolete so i'm grateful they are still available.

Cons

Handset package arrived unopened. Handsets become unresponsive to dialing numbers, seems like they don’t connect calls. Could barely hear the dial tone.

The supposed hd sound is horrible. I have to turn the volume down so it doesn't reverberate. Losing the ringtone and sound in one phone. Stay on 1 bar.

This phone is harder to delete messages than my prior one…a simple one button delete.

Voice machine already is broken have to retrieve messages from handset phones.

Our landline is our secondary ph to our cells so we didn't want to spend a lot.

Very happy i went back with the v tech brand.

This is a replacement phone for another brand i had bought.

I purchased basically the same unit i had only slightly better ( a bit updated) than our last one.
