Reasonable price and quick shipping. It's made a massive difference for my great-aunt. It has saved my sanity.

Memory dial feature is great so that she can auto dial the people she calls the most. And she knows when we call her & who it is.

The instructions are pretty well written and easy to follow. The handheld is easy to manipulate and provides convenience. The instruction manual is very well written.

Cons

There should be a way to disable this button from working. The entire phone number is slowly announced, digit by digit, before the call is dialed. They include a 6-page loose pamphlet on call blocking features.
