Display is dim and hard to read (we use a flashlight). The * are inconveniently small. Call display feature is almost useless, and its cord is glued inside and too short.

I use these phones and find them to be excellent quality.
Good sound quality and overall quality is also good.
It's hard to dial correctly and the ringer does not have an "off" switch
9 seconds so people know how it feels, and i can keep myself on the phone calls constantly.
Price
For the price i paid, this phone has been a great experience.
Easy to spend $200 plus on phones with bells and whistles and a dial tone.
The price: 20 bucks for a plain jane phone i could use on most of my plans.

Its a great little phone but call display does not light up and very small letteringnumbers so not the best choice for those with sight problems

Is it easy to use yes does it work yes the problem is the buttons are very small if you’re elderly or your eyesight is not great you might want to get something with bigger buttons this may sound like a small problem but if you can hit the right buttons this is not the phone for you
