Pros
The monitor is big, the zoom in is very clear and the alerts are good. The phone app is a plus and as long as you add a password it’s hack proof.
Good product. Totally satisfied. My only complaint is that the camera quality has seemingly degraded.
I use this product to help care for my very old mother. I have found it to be immensely helpful. It suits our needs.

Don't buy this. Save yourself some headache and buy something else. Very disappointed.
Wifi receiver is horrible, very old tech. Quality goes and starts to pixilate. Motion and sound sensor kinda slow and sometimes took a minute to go off.
Unimpressed with the performance of this camera. The last four nights the camera disconnects and beeps very loudly.

Amazon is usually great about reflecting the condition of lower priced items that were returned, but they dropped the ball this time.
I do wish the recorded motion clips were longer, but for the cost, it's okay!
For $250 on the nanit, i needed more of the positive features my first camera had (good night vision, not wide-lense).

If you plan to primarily use the app as a monitor i would pass on this model if you primarily want to use the handheld monitor then its excellent for the price

Night vision is good easy to use durable the only bad feature is that the rear handle of the monitor makes a lot of noise when changing levels
