Pros

The cork board strips are exactly what i need to organize my home office. It makes my whole desk area feel less bulky and cluttered. One in mom's sewing room for quilt patterns and one in pantry for shopping lists and coupons.

On brick though somewhat porous if the old ones stayed up for 20 years this should too. Comes off without messing up paint but the adhesive might stick to the wall instead of the felt board when you take it off to readjust.
