Quality
The only thing that is not so good is the price, it is a bit overpriced, but still great product.
Wacom always produces products that are high quality and easy to use.
Wacom stopped doing that, i'm guessing with the bamboo line.
Settings need to be tweaked if you use sai to draw, but it has nothing to do with the tablet itself.
Price
Great for beginners and the price is very fair.
I've imroved and this was a good tool for the right price.
Packaging/appearance
However i think you should invest another couple bucks into the intuos small tablets due to those having more buttons.
Competitiveness
I have mini-usb cables that are over 7 years old and still work.
Too comfortable to switch to a different model or brand.
I have to buy new micro-usb cables every 6 to 12 months.

I searched everywhere including emailing the company who then too almost a week before replying with instructions

Simply pairing each hardware to it software on the website would have eliminated much confusion
