Pros & Cons
Pros
It's long-lasting, durable, and offers a beautiful 4k display. The price is high but so is the quality and i would never go back to a smaller lesser model.
The wacom cintiq pro is the best display tablet on the market. The pen handles the edges of the screen very well in every app i've tried. Apple is good too, but they still use battery inside their pen.
The quality of line, the effortlessness of drawing/painting on the cintiq is unparalleled. It's all part of bringing drawing to your comfort zone. I am a traditional painter who uses digital primarily for preliminary work and this does not disappoint.... Read More
The pen is amazing. Even great. This thing is fantastic. Pretty handy. A few minutes to fix. This is a different animal altogether.
Some people have complained about fan noise but mine is quiet as a mouse. The remote, along with the customizable menus, makes it so you never have to touch your keyboard. It also puts the usb outlets near my left knee where it's easy to brush against... Read More
Cons
This issue really * me off. My warranty is up in december (2020) and they want me to, again, mail it back to them for another $120. Once you are out of warranty their repair costs are absurd and cost more than you could sell the tablet's for.
It has a * greenish/yellowish tint. The felt nibs aren't as sturdy as they used to be.
Highlights
Quality
Works excellent, the screen texture is a little bit different than the 13hd, it feels more natural and paper like which is a nice upgrade.
Everything feels great, screen brightness/color are really goodif you are a student or dont make enoff, yeah any tablet gets yo... Read More
Workflow boost:the expresskey and pen work intuitively with most any software i've tried so far.
There's nothing that can stand up to this kind of quality on the market!
Price
So far i have found nothing to dislike except for the cost.
(xencelabs)and yes, worth paying for over time—even years.
The only true downside is this tablet is $3k and the stand is $500.
And they are certainly not near as expensive.
Shipping
Had a lot of delivery issues with this item because the seller requires a signature and ups drivers sometimes “attempt” / fail ... Read More
They “delivered” it to their own facility and i then had to pay for a second delivery.
Packaging/appearance
All the cables were neatly packaged and clearly labeled, and i was able to get things running out of the box with no hassle.
And the inner box was not taped nor had any sign that tape was ever used.
However, the package was merely left on our porch.
The outer box was more than 2x as tall as the inner box.
Competitiveness
The 4k is better than my 22" m1 imac.
I have only used wacom products in the past so i am not able to give a comparison to other manufacturers' products.
Before i got this, i had tried huion and xencelabs displays.
That means when you compare the screen to say, a super hd monitor or apple product, you'll notice the cintiq pro is slightly fu... Read More

I was disappointed that the old wacom pen nibs won’t fit for the new pen and no pen case is given alongside the tablet but otherwise the pen is still as good as ever

There is a very slight backlight bleed on the right edge of the screen but this is only noticeable against a black background and will be covered up by the ui of any drawing program
