The contact with the desk removes almost all wobble from the cintiq and you can tilt it to whatever angle you like.

I have it holding up my cintiq 24 pro.

Having a smaller keyboard like a tkl or 65% would probably be useful.

If you got yourself a cintiq pro, it's an necessity on getting this arm.
