It comes with 6 replacement nibs (3 normal and 3 springy typed nibs) and a pen stan. Comes with 4 pen nibs, and 3 brush bibs.

I hope this helps someone out there from freaking out like i did! Easy and convenient to order using amazon prime. Also shout out to amazon for delivering this so fast to me.
