The customer service is outstanding! No trouble with placement in pack. The lever that you slide over the top is easy to use. The end opens up for cleaning, and adding ice cubes easily.
First off this bladder does hold darn close to 3l of water.
Cons
The plastic clasp on the top is very poor quality and it leaked all over my pack and gear on multiple occassions. The white plastic piece that locks it in place is almost impossible to remove. Was leaking halfway through my hike.

This is a great bladder system at a very reasonable price.
Packaging/appearance
Pretty sure a velcro band will work to secure the bladder in the future and put less stress on the plasti.
Competitiveness
The tube is also replaceable with a twist-lock quick connect.
You have to get the lube on a q-tip and press it past the white ring you see on the female side.

Unfortunately the plastic slider on top snapped where i attached it to my ruck with a small carabiner

The part where you drink from will freeze in the single and negative digits but you can find a way to cover it with something warm

Not too long or too short compatible with most bags designed for backpacking cheaper than namebrand bladderscons neoprene hose insulation does not keep the water in the hose cold hose insulation is held on weakly with heatshrink tubing and comes loose easily in under a year the female side of the quickdisconnect started leaking

It only leaks when the bag is completely full and hung upright which youll only catch once the bladder is in your bag

Remove the gasket on the male side and made sure that side of the connection is lightly coated as well
