This a great budget way of doing some exercise at home that is actually quite beneficial

You can adjust the resistance between 10lb and 105lb and the door ankle and wristbars including mean theres precious little you cant exercise

As a gym membership is expensive and my contract coming to an end i have been on the hunt for home equipment that could provide a similar experience
