Pros
Haven't faced unnecessary cuts or redness. It’s very easy and portable. A light indicator showing charge status was required.
Cons
Customer service call center takes all details, and then says e-mail. No option to refund, very bad. Item was not properly sealed/packed. Return request not being honoured.
The two plastic guide combs which i received are not of the quality which is wahl brand is known for. It scratches the skin but doesn’t remove the hair. Blades are not sharp enough. Does not give a smooth shave also very pokey for women's skin.
Use is good but battery life is not good. Charging time is 8 hours. No charging indicator is given.

It doesnt have any power light or charging light indicator making it difficult to know how long it has to be charged
