Good luck on finding all the parts as the cutting head falls off

Followed the advice of another reviewer and took the trimmer apart where the motor is located

He made a point that the contacts are not bent properly to make contact with the motor i bent contacts up with a small mini screw driver and the trimmer now turns on and works with no issues

I was getting a short in the contacts and sometime the trimmer would not turn on

I would have to jiggle the switch and it would work on occassion and other times not at all

I thought is was the batteries or the motor it was actually the contacts

Other issue i was having was the blade would not work or was weak so when it came into contact with hair it would just basically stop working
