This is the third time i have bought this item, one for myself and 2 others for friends. I like the ease of use, eggs done just as i like them.
Wahl egg boiler works really well to boil an egg or p to 7 eggs to be exact. Soft, medium and hard boiled are catered for. Boiling is just as easy, and the measured amount of water determines whether you get soft, medium or hard boiled eggs.
This new model also includes two egg poaching cups. As well as having boiled eggs, there is another small cup included which allows me to poach eggs. This is brilliant, i love poached eggs but have always found it a little fiddly to do in a saucepan.

I have had several of these wahl egg boilers over the years and they really do produce perfect boiled eggs every time.
Easy to use, and buzzer sounds when done, no hovering over it until it finishes
The item switches itself off once all the water has boiled dry.
Attempts thus far have produced perfect eggs every time!

If you have a larger than average sized egg you need to add a little more water

I found that a little experimentation is required to get the right amount of water to good the eggs

My eggs are quite large to seem to need a bit more water than the suggested amount

If in doubt stick a knife into the egg white to check if it is set before you turn it out

My only slight concern is that poaching eggs using the cups provided doesnt work as well as it might if you like them soft in the middle
