Pros
It has an ergonomic design so you can hold it in your hand easily. The large handle is nice to use on your self or someone else and it has a nice soft grip as well. It's very workable as-is, but a bit wider would have been a plus.
The battery life is surprisingly good. You just plug it in to charge it, and once charged, unplug it (you can't use it plugged in, but it lasts a good long time on a charge) it charges very fast (matches the claim of 3 hours for full charge and one ho... Read More
It's very easy to change heads---just unscrew one and screw in another. I do like that it has multi-attachments that work very differently from each other. The only downfall is that is a bit heavy and the attachments can come loose.
The overall power is less than a corded model, but the added convenience of not having to deal with a cord is a major benefit in terms of ease of use. I love that it is cordless. The scroll wheel makes it easy to turn up the power.
Wahl hand-held massager is wonderful and truly gives you a great massage. It is as good to use on oneself or to massage others. The four interchangeable heads allows for basically any type of massage.
Cons

This massager doe not have the same range of the intensity of the vibrations as the corded version but still has a bigger range than massagers with a click button type of vibration settings

The big problem with this massager is a design flaw in the cord chosen to charge the unit

Instead of a simple round plug in they used a weird rectangle notched pronged plug

Its not easy to plug the charging cord into the unit and when you do plug it in the plug pushes in on the unit like the charging port is not as secure as it should be
