Pros

There's something about this scent that’s a combo of nautical and freshly clean. Has a lasting manly scent, but not overpowering. The extremely bright blue color is attractive and masculine looking.

Same dimensions as standard bar of soap but about 1/2 thicker. Face & body bar is also larger than most soaps meaning that it will also last longer. Lasts longer than other comparable soaps.

The bar currently sells for $10. Pricing is quite reasonable. They seem to last at least 3x as long as the dove.

Great for showering and even shaving. The scent is wonderful and you can shave clean and exfoliate. It does a fantastic job of moisturizing my face before shaving.

It produces sufficient lather, but not an excessive amount. It lathers up well, rinses off thoroughly and leaves me feeling clean and fresh all day.

Cons

Wahl bar of soap is virtually worthless. I find my self having to lather-up two-to-three times as frequently in order to get clean. Tossing the rest of this bar and going back to my inexpensive dial bar soap.

I thought the price was high for this product but was pleasantly surprised when i used it.

Packaging/appearance

I appreciate the packaging, simple cardboard box, which is recyclable as opposed to body wash with a plastic bottle and non recyclable.

I received the face and body bar and the first thing i noticed was the neat box it came in, looked like it was from the 1800's.

Competitiveness

A lot better than the squatch and duke cannon soaps.

It's a bit pricey, but being that it's a hefty bar, it's longevity may well make it worth the price.
