Pros

I am a bodybuilder and have been lifting weights for 30 years. For me to rant and rave about this says alot. The workout chart is nice but it would be better if they had some sort of workout plan.

The ease of use (adding/removing bands is a snap). I have a heavy treadmill in my house and it works great for attaching the bands to. Would have like double the same weight bands for dual arm work.

Cons

The set is convenient but not very durable. They are just not durable at all. Very poorly made. Needless to say ruined the day.

The bands have a max stretch to them, limiting their range of motion and versatility. Second set has another band that snapped during use. There is no resistance difference between the 10lb and 50lb bands.

One has broken already. Sent email over two weeks ago asking for replacement. Did some research and found company email, but no phone number.
