These are delicious mini mince pies with a shortcrust pastry. Not real flaky, but holds up to carrying the filling and eating without falling apart.

Cons

They are now horribly sweet, the taste of ginger is overwhelming and, worst of all, there is a terrible artificial aftertaste. Items were crushed and stale. There was very little filling inside a bland-tasting pastry.
