Pros

It's unusual to find a gf cookie that equals the regular version. They are a bit crumbly, but real shortbread can be a bitcrumbly as well and they are no more crumbs than a dryer cookie.

Cons

These cookies are in crumbs. Not even one cookie is editable. Is someone just stomping them or what, because of no cushioning?

Never received a refund. There is no reimbursement or return so it’s a complete waste out of my pocket.

The delivery time is somewhat of a drawback when you are looking for wheat-free.

I guess that’s why they crumble in shipment to make it easier for toppings.
