It fits super nicely in my small apartment. Adjusting the belt is easy. The manual is quite explanatory.

Definitely do not run, the track is not long enough.
I had a huge treadmill in the past and barely ever used it.
Price
All in all, works great for the price.
For the price, i was pleasantly surprised by the solid quality.
It would be better about a foot longer but great for the price.

I took it out of the packaging and it seemed really nice.
After unboxing it i gave it try.
