My full service treadmill has railings but i find using it only when i get tired and lean on it. It's perfect for a walking stride, but i personally would be very reluctant to try walking or jogging on this. When you step on it it slows down even more... Read More

The wifey loves it too, as she can get in some walking while watching her nba games. It seems pretty solidly built and is easy to use. It’s a good size for me as a petite woman.

It moves on wheels and will prop up. It has wheels towards the front of it so you can lightly lift it off.

It's easy to store under the sofa or upright against a wall. It's portable and able to be tucked away easily enough that i can stow it behind the couch.

This treadmill is super easy to use right out of the box! It’s easy to set up and it works great for small spaces and home gyms. The instructions are quite good.

Cons

This is for walking only. Not jogging nor running. Won’t move past a certain speed.

Overall, for the price it's definitely worth it.

Sure, it not a multi-thousand-dollar machine, but for a treadmill under $250, it’s great!
