Cons

Arrived with no owner’s manual and minimal instruction. There was no fixing it. Will be contacting manufacturer to hopefully get a replacement via the warranty.

It does have wheels on one side to help with sliding and the belt is sturdy.

Works great and can easily be slid under a bed, couch or furniture that has about a half a foot gap.

Also, it is in the living room in the office most of the time, and it takes a beating, but has held up amazingly😌

I just used my for the first time yesterday and i love the remote and that it's so quiet.

So, if my only complaint is that they aggressively secured the product so that it arrived unharmed, then i have no complaint.

They ask you to save the box in case you have to send it back but you nearly have to destroy the box to get it out.
