Pros
The walking pad is everything! It has a nice smooth tread and it is easy to get going. The speeds range from slow walks to a very solid jog. It is comfortably wide, easy to move around due to the wheels on the front.
Easy to set up, easy to follow on the app and quiet enough. The remote with strap is a bonus. It has an emergency shut-off cord that attaches to the machine via magnets.
A sturdy handhold bar assembly folds up and locks in place. I love that it is adjustable with an incline. Only downside is the elevation control.
These are fantastic for my parents (and i gotta admit, pretty darn nice for my own aging eyes as well) overall, this is a fantastic product and i highly recommend it. It is the coolest item i have bought in a long time.
It's a little loud at higher speeds, but i can easily be in a call while using it. It's quiet enough to where i don't wake anyone when i use it for my early morning walk. Mine has a small squeak in it that can be slightly annoying.
Cons
When walking, the belt also shifts completely to one side. The edge of it starts grinding against the inside wall of the treadmill. This is geared more toward small stature persons.

About a month after i originally bought it, it started having issues with the belt shaking and popping up an e02 error.
If you want it at a zero percent flat position, you unscrew and re-insert the rear foot pads and your treadmill will sit flat.
Price
Definitely worth the price if looking for some extra steps.
I think this is a really great treadmill for the price.
It's also cheaper than a gym membership!

Received information from the vendor that this unit is only recommended for walking / running weight of 250 lbs.
I opted for a replacement and it was received promptly.
Competitiveness
In comparison to going to the gym to use the treadmills, we both felt this treadmill accomplished the same thing.
The size and cost is much better than trying to put a big industrial gym treadmill in your home.
