Literally no complaints, it's a great buy at a great price point.

I was a little hesitant to buy this, seemed a little too good to be true for the price, but it’s been great!

I could have paid less… like $50 less for a cheaper treadmill if i would have known these dimensions.

Shipping

I lost a key and contacted customer service and they responded super quick!

We received the unit and within 4 days, an error code appeared that we couldn’t fix.

I got this in january or early february and wish i'd gotten it earlier!

Update: seller contacted me immediately to make it right and addressed my concerns, wonderful customer service.

Packaging/appearance

It was almost ready to go right from the box and is super easy to use.

I am hoping this is just the machine adjusting to the air after being packaged.
